Dorottya Podmaniczky

Dorottya Podmaniczky graduated at Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Humanities where she studied theater and cultural studies. She started her professional training at the Budapest Dance Theaters (BDT) open classes. Her masters were Béla Földi, Raza Hammadi and Márta Metzger. She later worked at the Central Europe Dance Theatre (CEDT) with Attila Kun (cunningham and partnering) and joined company classes at Éva Duda Dance Company (training by Máté Mészáros). She increased her knowledge at workshops by German Jauregui (Ultima vez), Inaki Azpillaga (Ultima vez), Wim Vandekeybus (Ultima vez) Kristóf Várnagy, Péter Juhász (Emanuel Gat Dance), Dávid Mikó (Ferenc Fehér) and other Hungarian choreographers. She is currently a freelancer, member of the Freak Fusion Company and teacher of INspirál Circus Center. Since 2015 she is co-choreographer too. She joined dot.Consla project company in 2018 as a performer in I hear you.
